MPCT employ a suite of resources which facilitate the ‘pointing’ process for the candidate’s referral where a recognised nurturing or support need is identified. This is supported by the dedicated partner referrals website, a tool that also provides the gateway for suitable candidates to be loaded on the monthly fitness assessment days. The agreed method to ‘point’ candidates to MPCT is to use the process outline below. This will ensure that we (RG) are able to track those candidates who have been pointed as part of the nurturing tool-kit capability and follow their development support and progression in support of the objectives of the MOU between ARITC and MPCT. They also provide us with bespoke printed collateral which supports the on-boarding process for any potential in-flight candidates that we have identified.
